JOB DETAILS:

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure workplace compliance with health and safety regulations, implement safety programs, and promote a culture of safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Organize safety training for employees and subcontractors.
• Perform routine site inspections and audits.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare HSE reports.
• Promote continuous improvement in HSE practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles within construction or industrial settings.
• Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Member of relevant professional body is a plus.
