JOB DETAILS:

Madison Health & Risk Management Limited invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill in the position of Healthcare Providers Relationship Officer .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Specifically, the candidate in his/her day-to-day work may be responsible for the following:
• Maintaining good business relationship with healthcare providers
• Conduct healthcare provider sensitization of member benefits and importance of complete filled in claim form
• Plan for healthcare provider visitations for hospitalize members
• Communicate to healthcare providers all payments that have been made and conduct account reconciliation
• Maintaining report on Healthcare Providers Sign offs on Quarterly/monthly basis

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
• Full grade twelve certificate with at least merit in Mathematics & English
• Diploma in Nursing/ Clinical Medicine from recognized institution
• Four (4) years post qualifying work experience performing similar duties
• Should be having excellent Computer skills
• Should be a self starter and a good planner
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• An effective communicator
• Should be able to meet deadlines, be flexible and use initiative
• Excellent report writing skills
• Team player
• Ability to supervise efficiently and motivate others
• Should be registered with General Nursing Council of Zambia/ Health Professions Council of Zambia and in possession of valid practicing license
• Should have valid motor driving license

Job Education Requirements:

• Full grade twelve certificate with at least merit in Mathematics & English
• Diploma in Nursing/ Clinical Medicine from recognized institution
