Job Summary

Centicus Energy Ltd is seeking a skilled and dependable Heavy Duty Driver (Cross-Border) to support the transportation of goods across regional routes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and efficient delivery of commodities while maintaining full compliance with road, safety, and cross-border regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks for local and cross-border transportation of goods
• Ensure safe loading, securing, and offloading of cargo
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logbooks, and trip records
• Comply with all road traffic laws and cross-border procedures
• Ensure adherence to company safety, health, and operational standards
• Report vehicle defects, delays, incidents, or accidents promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle

Minimum Requirements

• Valid SADC Driver’s License (Class CE or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in heavy-duty and cross-border driving
• Valid passport with a clean travel record
• Proven experience with long-haul and regional routes (e.g., Zimbabwe, DRC, Tanzania, etc.)
• Knowledge of cross-border documentation and procedures
• Basic mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty vehicles
