Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery like excavators, bulldozers, graders, and loaders for site preparation and construction.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment safety.
• Follow site plans and supervisor instructions to execute tasks accurately.
• Maintain equipment logs and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications:

• Valid heavy equipment operator’s certificate from a recognized institution.
• 3+ years of experience operating heavy machinery in construction or mining.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Valid driver’s license and clean safety record.
• Ability to work in dusty, noisy environments.
