JOB DETAILS:

10. • Qualifications: No specific academic qualifications; relevant operator licenses required.
    • Experience Required: 5+ years of underground mine experience.
    Role Overview:
    These roles involve specialized tasks (hose crimping) and the operation of loaders, trucks, and TLBs in underground mining to support material handling and infrastructure maintenance.
    • Crimp and assemble hoses for hydraulic systems used in underground mining equipment.
    • Inspect and test hoses to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
    • Maintain an inventory of hose supplies and crimping tools.
    Key Responsibilities (Loader, Truck, TLB Operators):
    • Operate loaders, trucks, or TLBs to transport materials, ore, and waste in underground mines.
    • Ensure safe and efficient operation in confined underground spaces.
    • Conduct equipment checks and report any issues to supervisors.
    Competencies:
    • For Hose Crimping Specialists: Expertise in hydraulic systems and hose assembly.
    • For Operators: Proficiency in operating specified equipment in underground environments.
