JOB DETAILS:

House Assistant Manager 

We are seeking a dedicated House Assistant Manager with a background in Education Psychology , Nursing ,Adult Education and Psychology or Clinical Medicine to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the house
• Must be able to reside at the house premises.
• Manage house staff and ensure efficient performance
• Develop and implement educational programs for clients in the house
• Provide counseling and support services as needed
• Coordinate activities and schedules.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Adult Education and Psychology 0r Educational Psychology, Diploma or Degree in Nursing, clinical medicine
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to multitask and Flexibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
