JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and well-presented guest rooms and public areas while ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms before occupancy.
- Change bed linen and replenish guest amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Report maintenance issues and damaged property.
- Ensure proper handling of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Housekeeping or Hospitality is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene practices.
Experience
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or lodge is preferred.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
