Housekeeping & Booking Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping & Booking Manager to join our growing apartment hospitality team.
The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality and marketing experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage apartment operations efficiently while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage apartment bookings and reservations across various platforms
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and customer enquiries professionally
- Monitor apartment occupancy and implement strategies to maximise bookings
- Oversee guest relations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, supplies, and daily apartment operations
- Assist with marketing and promotion of apartments through social media and online platforms
- Coordinate maintenance issues and ensure apartments are guest-ready at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality, apartment management, or guest services
- Strong marketing and booking management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bubbly, charismatic, proactive, and well-presented personality
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid driver’s licence for both automatic and manual vehicles
- Must own a motor vehicle
- Computer literacy and familiarity with booking platforms is an added advantage
- Must be willing to start immediately
Preference
Candidates residing close to Silverest or Avondale will be given first preference.
