HUMAN RESOURCE INTERN

We are inviting applications from motivated, organized, and career-driven individuals to fill the position of Human Resource Intern.

Location: Waterfalls Area, Lusaka

Duration: Internship (6 Months)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support employee records management and filing
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documentation
• Support training coordination and staff development activities
• Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative duties
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Registered member of with ZHRM
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision
