Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR function in line with labour laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Oversee employee relations and industrial relations, ensuring a harmonious workplace.
  • Facilitate HR strategy to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct workforce planning to meet future needs, including hires, leaves, and succession planning.
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies that are compliant with legal standards and support company objectives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of performance management systems, including regular feedback and goal-setting processes.
  • Ensure all HR activities are in alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
