JOB DETAILS:
Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for payroll management and employee development? We are looking for a dynamic HR manager to join our team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee end-to-end payroll management and ensure timely salary disbursements.
Manage employee relations and resolve HR issues, develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Requires 5+ years experience as an HR manager with strong payroll management skills.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Excellent written and verbal communication.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Dove payroll systems
– Membership to the Zambia Institute of Human Resources is a must
– Experience in managing staff in a high paced environment
