Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
– Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Zambia.
– Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
– Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement.
– Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in HR management (preferably within the healthcare sector).
– Strong understanding of Zambian labor laws and employment regulations.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage.
– Minimum of 3 years of continuous working experience as an HR. Officer.
