About the Role:
• We are seeking a HR Officer (People Consultant) ] who will be responsible for but not limited to;
• Recruitment, selection and onboarding,
• Employee record management,
• Support payroll processing, and benefits administration,
• Handling of all poor performance and IR-related matters,
• Handling general office administration, including scheduling, procurement, and correspondence.

Requirements
• To qualify for this role, you should have:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
• 2-3 years’ Human Resources experience. Experience in retail/FMCG will be an added advantage
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal & written)
• Creativity and Innovation
• Time Management
• Administration skills
• Process management

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
