We are looking for a seasoned Human Resource professional to provide strategic and operational HR support to our organization. The successful candidate will have over 4 years of experience in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to management and employees.

2. Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and programs.

3. Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

4. Coordinate recruitment, selection, and induction processes.

5. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

6. Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and provide recommendations on HR-related matters.

7. Analyze HR data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

8. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

9. Manage the payroll process, including:
– Ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
– Maintaining payroll records and reports.
– Coordinating with finance department to ensure accurate payroll funding.
– Resolving payroll-related queries and issues.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Over 4 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Proven track record of providing strategic HR advice and support.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Strong analytical and reporting skills.

7. Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.

8. Experience with payroll management and processing.
