JOB DETAILS:
WE ARE HIRING
ICT Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
Monitor system performance, security, and data backups
Troubleshoot ICT faults and resolve issues promptly
Maintain ICT inventory, licenses, and documentation
Support users with system access, email, and application issues
Ensure compliance with ICT policies, procedures, and data protection standards
Coordinate with service providers and vendors when necessary
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 2 years' experience in an ICT support or systems administration role
Good knowledge of networks, operating systems, and common business applications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
