JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage IT projects from planning to execution.
• Oversee SQL Server administration and database performance.
• Maintain and manage Microsoft Business Central (BC).
• Ensure server maintenance, security, and system uptime.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Provide technical guidance to the executive team.
• Drive strong administration and documentation processes.
• Foster effective communication across teams and vendors.
• Take initiative, get involved, and lead with confidence.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT Management and Project Management.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server and Microsoft Business Central.
• Hands-on experience with server maintenance and disaster recovery.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to advise executives.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take charge and drive change.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field/role.
• Technical knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis and programming.
