Chrilan Technology Limited is looking for a motivated and reliable IT Support Staff member to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to clients, assist with system setup, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and support the smooth operation of our software and services.

Position: IT Support Staff

Location: Lusaka

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients.
  • Assist with software setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Respond to client support requests through phone, email and remote support tools.
  • Help diagnose hardware, network, internet and software-related issues.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain clear records of support issues and resolutions.
  • Support system updates, resets and basic user training where required.
  • Ensure professional and timely communication with clients.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Diploma in an IT-related field.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
  • Good customer service attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and follow technical procedures.
  • Must be reliable, organised and professional.

Added Advantage

  • Experience in IT support, software support or helpdesk support.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, accounting systems or invoicing systems.
  • Experience using remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of databases or APIs.
