Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Immigration Intern to join our team. The intern will support our Immigration Associates and Officers in handling immigration processes for employees and clients, while gaining hands-on experience in compliance, documentation, and liaison with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Immigration Intern, you will:
- Assist in processing work and residence permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Support in liaising with immigration authorities and relevant government offices.
- Help track expiry dates for immigration documents and notify supervisors.
- Contribute to maintaining an updated database of immigration cases.
- Assist in preparing and organizing client files and compliance documentation.
- Participate in onboarding processes for expatriate employees.
- Research and provide updates on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as may be reasonably assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in law, international relations, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a professional, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of immigration procedures will be an added advantage.
