Who We Are Looking For

We invite expressions of interest from experienced and results-driven consultants in the following thematic areas:

• Sustainable Agriculture and Environment - promoting climate-resilient value chains, natural resource management and green innovation.
• Education and Communication - strengthening learning systems, capacity development and strategic communications for social impact.
• Mining and Engineering Solutions - providing technical expertise in mining, electrical and electronics engineering to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Cross-cutting Themes - integrating gender equality, youth empowerment and climate change adaptation across all our work.

Minimum Requirements

• A Master's degree or PhD in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Environmental Management, Agriculture, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in your area of expertise.
• Demonstrated technical competence in one or more of the following:
  • Project design and management
  • Policy and strategy development
  • Baseline, midterm, and endline evaluations
  • Quantitative and qualitative research
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Capacity development and facilitation
  • Proposal development and technical writing
