Job Purpose
The Insurance Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives, through developing and implementing customer sales plans. Take up the responsibility for maintaining relationships with new and already existing clients.
Summary of Key Responsibilities;
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints about different Insurance Products
- Contact potential customers through cold calls, emails and arranged meetings
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance service that better covers a policyholder
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team
- Build Insurance business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standard
- Establish productive working relationships with clients.
- Design and implement strategies for effective marketing and sales of insurance contracts
- Maintain a record of insurance contracts and duly notify policyholders of the pending renewal
- Ensure company policies and procedures are maintained when conducting the sales of insurance services
- Where necessary conduct an inspection of the property to verify its condition and determine if it’s a worthy insurance venture.
- Maintain contact with clients to provide them with updates and reply to customer feedback.

Qualifications and Experience;
- Degree in Sales and Marketing, Insurance or Business Management preferred
- Must have at least a minimum of 5+ years of Insurance Sales Experience
- Must have proven experience in General Insurance Sales and Marketing
- Must be a Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM)
QUALIFIED & EXPERIENCED FEMALES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION
