JOB DETAILS:

We are inviting applications from recent graduates who are eager to begin their careers in the Insurance Loss Adjusting and Risk Management field. This is a paid internship designed to provide hands on experience and professional development through structured training and mentorship. No prior work experience is required just a strong academic background, willingness to learn, and commitment to excellence.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Grade B or better in English Language

Training and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will undergo on the job and theory based training to develop the following competencies:

• Loss Adjusting: Assisting in assessing engineering and related claims, burglary, and business interruption claims.
• Risk Management Surveys: Supporting in risk identification, profiling, and advisory for insurance underwriters and clients.
• Recoveries: Assisting with recovery processes on behalf of insurers.
• Valuations: Participating in valuations of buildings, plant, and machinery.
• Superintending & Sampling: Assisting in pre and post shipment inspections and quality control tasks.
• Reporting: Ensuring all work meets company turnaround standards and contributing to production report preparation.
