Overview
Visible Women is a non-profit organisation with the aim to help young women in their professional development and career aspirations. Our platform offers access to information, resources, mentoring and networking opportunities as well fellowships. We offer a 6 week mentorship programme, industry specific events and masterclasses to support women in their development aspirations.
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn by assisting with our various projects. You will be working closely with our team to support admin related activities, marketing and stakeholder engagement. The position is paid and part-time (working remotely), for an initial 3 month period with possibility for extension.
To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned to you and you will be supported in your development. You will be involved in upcoming projects and will need to be proactive and a self-starter.

Responsibilities include:
• Supporting the marketing team in managing social media platforms and the website
• Assisting the team with general administration
• Performing research as assigned and consolidating information in a concise manner
• Supporting the team with upcoming events/masterclasses including liaising with potential speakers/contributors
• Supporting the coordination of the mentorship programme including recruitment of mentees and mentors
• Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements include:
• Recent graduate with a diploma/degree in Business Admin/Management, Marketing or any other relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure whilst delivering results
• Eager to learn, proactive and ability to work on own initiative

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
