Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. CRS Zambia is seeking qualified and experienced transport service providers to support the upcoming Beneficiary Registration Exercise, scheduled to commence in early October 2025. CRS requires 10-seater Land Cruiser vehicles with drivers to facilitate field movements in Eastern and Luapula Provinces.

Interested vendors must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered:

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Company Profile
• Minimum of three years providing vehicle car hire services.
• Copies of recent purchase orders or contracts

Experience:

Evidence of relevant references for similar transport services with organizations of similar size to CRS preferably in the NGO sector or humanitarian Organisation.

4.     After the submission deadline, vendors will be notified of the results by 26th September 2025.
