Invitation for Expression for provision of Consultancy Services for Design and Supervision of Construction Works of Tanzanite Executive Villas, Ngome Commercial Complex and Ngome Classic Villas in Lusaka Zambia at United Republic of Tanzania Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation

1. This invitation for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice te (GPN) which appeared in TANEPS on 21st September 2022
United Republic of Tanzania Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation jobs in Zambia
2. The Goverment of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation during the financial year 2022-2023. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Provision of Consultancy Services for Design and Supervision Construction Works of Tanzanite Executive Villas, Ngome Commercial Complex and Ngome Classic Villas in Lusaka Zambia.
a. Lot One: Tanzanite Exclusive Villas (8 Duplex Villas) on Subdivision E Of Subdivision No. 10 of Farm No. 377A, Chitemwiko Close, Kabulonga,
b. Lot Two: Ngome Commercial Complex (mixed-use project G+4 plus 1 basement for parking) on Subdivision D of Subdivision No. 32 of Farm No. 377A Kudu Road Kabulonga; and
c. Lot Three: Ngome Classic Villas (6 Detached Classic Villas Duplex with all modern facilities including swimming pool) on Subdivision D of Subdivision No. 32 of Farm No. 377A Kudu Road Kabulonga
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services which include [Provision of Consultancy Services for Design and Supervision Construction Works of Tanzanite Executive Villas, Ngome Commercial Complex and Ngome Classic Villas in Lusaka Zambia for the period of 42 calendar days for phase One.
4. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultant's profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar nature and conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
5. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 as amended in 2016 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 - Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016 (hereinafter called Procurement Regulations).
6. Selection will be conducted through the Quality and Cost Based selection procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.
Submission procedure
7. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information/clarification from the Tanzania High Commission in Lusaka, Zambia office or through www.taneps.go.tz
8. Expressions of Interest (EOI) must be submitted through www.taneps.go.tz on or before 3rd March, 2023 at 16.00 Hours East African time.
9. Late Expressions of Interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
