Invitation for Supplier and Vendor Registration

IsiZulu Investment Limited invites qualified, reputable, and legally registered businesses and individual service providers to register as approved suppliers and vendors for the provision of goods, works, and services.

The registration exercise is intended to establish and maintain a reliable database of suppliers who may be invited to submit quotations or proposals for future procurement opportunities.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested applicants should submit copies of the following documents where applicable:

• Company Registration Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• TPIN Certificate
• National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) Compliance Certificate (where applicable)
• Workers' Compensation Fund Control Board (WCFCB) Compliance Certificate (where applicable)
• Relevant business licenses or sector-specific certifications
• Company profile detailing products and/or services offered
• Proof of physical business address

·       Contractors applying under Category D (Construction) shall be required to submit valid and current certification issued by the National Council for Construction (NCC).

·       For (Water-Related Services/Works), related work applicants must submit a valid Water Resources Management Authority (WARMA) certificate under the relevant section, where applicable.

·       Applicants under Category J (Medical Supplies) must provide all requisite certifications, including but not limited to proof of registration with the Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA).

• Copies of identification for business owners or directors
• Bank account details
• At least three (3) business references or previous clients (where available).

Registration Process

Completed vendor/supplier registration applications together with the required supporting documents should be submitted electronically to procurement@isizuluinvestment.co.zm.

Submission of the vendor registration document shall be accepted in electronic form and sent to procurement@isizuluinvestment.co.zm.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

• Vendor/Supplier registration does not guarantee contract award
• Deadline for submission: July 30, 2026
• All interested vendors are required to pay a non-refundable vendor registration fee of ZMW 1,000.00 as part of the registration process. Payments can be made into the following bank account:

Attach two copies of the proof of payment, one in the beginning and one as an annex of the vendor registration document being submitted. Failure to comply will result in the documentation not being considered in the selection and shortlisting process.

• Registration onto the supplier database does not constitute a guarantee of business or contractual engagement. Suppliers will be selected based on procurement requirements, compliance with company policies, quality, competitiveness, availability, and performance.
• IsiZulu Investment Limited reserves the right to verify submitted information and to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
• A non-refundable fee of ZMW 1,000.00 is required for registration
