The Healing Balm Foundation is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers to brand and supply 150 T-shirts,150 Bags and 150 Cups under the Enabling Access to Justice Civil Society participation and transparency program (EnACT) in Kazungula District.

Application Requirements:

To apply, submit the following documents:

• Company profile (clearly indicating physical address, names and contact numbers and official email address)
• Valid copies of certificate of registration and incorporation
• Valid ZRA tax registration and tax clearance certification
• Proof of at least 2 Recent trade references
• PACRA Registration (Print out)
• A price list of items intended to be supplied

Proposal Evaluation:

Proposals will be evaluated based on the supplier’s experience, pricing and adherence to submission guidelines.

Deadline for Submission:
Proposals must be submitted no later than 26th February,2025 to  finance@thehealingbalmfoundation.org. Late submissions will not be considered.
