Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Junior Account Executive to support client account management and internal campaign coordination.

This role is ideal for someone process-driven, calm under pressure, and confident in professional communication. The Junior Account Executive will report directly to the Managing Director and play a critical role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met, and clients feel supported at all times.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Coordination

  • Follow up on invoices and payment timelines

2. Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Track timelines and deliverables across campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, social, ads, influencers)
  • Ensure deadlines are met and escalate delays internally
  • Maintain structured client documentation and records

3. Client Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare client performance reports (weekly / monthly)
  • Build professional PowerPoint / Google Slides presentations
  • Support client meetings with structured reporting
  • Ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout campaigns

Authority & Scope

  • Reports directly to the Managing Director
  • Can hold internal teams accountable for deadlines
  • Executes based on strategic direction from leadership

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Confident corporate-ready communication skills
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Proficient in PowerPoint / Google Slides
  • Basic understanding of social media metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.)

What Success Looks Like (6 Months)

  • Zero missed deadlines across assigned accounts
  • Clean and organized client tracking systems
  • Smooth, professional reporting with no last-minute stress
  • Clients feeling well-handled even without direct Managing Director involvement

Work Structure

Hybrid role (office & remote flexibility).

Lusaka-based candidates preferred.

Compensation

Competitive and based on skill level and demonstrated capability.
