Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Junior Social Media & Ads Coordinator to support client account management, community engagement, and paid media execution.

This role is ideal for someone creative yet analytical — someone who understands that social media is both art and performance-driven strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Account Management

  • Schedule and publish content across platforms
  • Manage inboxes and comments professionally and promptly
  • Monitor community conversations and brand sentiment
  • Ensure brand tone and consistency across accounts

2. Paid Media Support (Meta Focus)

  • Assist in setting up and monitoring Meta ad campaigns
  • Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions)
  • Optimize campaigns under supervision
  • Provide performance summaries and insights

3. Reporting & Analytics

  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Analyze engagement, reach, ad performance, and growth trends
  • Present insights clearly and professionally
  • Maintain organized tracking sheets and dashboards

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
  • Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Confident communicator (internal & client-facing)
  • Creative awareness of trends with structured execution

What Success Looks Like (3–6 Months)

  • Improved engagement and community response times
  • Clean, structured reporting systems
  • Strong campaign monitoring and optimization support
  • Measurable improvements in paid ad performance
  • Professional handling of multiple client accounts

Work Structure

Hybrid role (combination of office and remote work).

Lusaka-based candidates preferred.
