- Is an outstanding Key Stage 1 classroom practitioner.
- Has excellent knowledge of teaching, literacy, reading, developing phonics and numeracy skills, laying the foundation for early learning.
- Believes every child can succeed and inspires a love of learning.
- Builds positive partnerships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Works collaboratively in a high-performing team.
- Uses technology confidently to enhance learning.
- Will contribute enthusiastically to our co-curricular programme. Expertise in this area will place candidates at a distinct advantage.
