JOB DETAILS:
New Future Financial Company Limited seeks a qualified Legal Counsel to represent the organization in legal proceedings, including initiating court proceedings court cases,mediation, and supervising bailiff activities. The applicant must know how to manage legal documents, review litigation strategy, and handle statutory filing. The job requires extensive knowledge of legal language and practices, and excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced, and capable of handling litigation. The Legal Counsel will also be responsible for drafting contracts and negotiating payment plans as well as other duties as required by the company.
