Company Overview

Rimachy Financial Services Ltd, a fast-growing financial institution, is looking for 66 reliable Loan Consultants across multiple locations. Join our team and help clients navigate the loan process with timely disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial appraisal and evaluation of loan applicants by thoroughly examining their applications.
• Assess creditworthiness through background research and interviews with applicants aimed at establishing eligibility to get credit facilities.
• Follow up on clients to clarify important points and cultivate trustworthy referral networks.
• Create a trust-based relationship and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Work within established regulations and adhere to all legal requirements at all times.
• Perform data entry and other office duties as needed.

Requirements

• Full Grade twelve (12) certificate.
• Tertiary Education with a minimum of a diploma in any given area. A degree is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Must be at least twenty (20) years or above.
• A good grasp of Microsoft packages, i.e. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowing the local languages will be an added advantage.
