JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Loan Officers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing loan portfolios, and ensuring timely repayment. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Conduct 60% fieldwork to identify and acquire new clients
• – Evaluate loan applications and conduct creditworthiness assessments
• – Disburse loans and monitor repayment schedules
• – Enforce repayment plans and manage defaulters
• – Build and maintain relationships with clients
• – Meet monthly sales targets and portfolio growth objectives

Requirements:

• – Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any other related field
• – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• – Strong sales and negotiation skills

Remuneration:

– Monthly salary: ZMW 2500
