We are therefore inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:
Position: Local Area Representatives
Locations: Kaoma, Mpika, Kapiri Mposhi, Petauke, Siavonga, Mpongwe, Chililabombwe, Luanshya, Kitwe, Mansa, Kasama, Solwezi and Lusaka
Contract: One (1) Year – Renewable based on performance
Remuneration: Commission-based with a base salary
Reporting to: Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customer volume targets are monitored and communicated daily
- Ensuring that Distributors adhere to model stocks for all brands and packs
- Ensuring all relevant sales targets are achieved in the area (pricing, availability, visibility, etc.)
- Conducting weekly visits to all retail outlets in the area
- Delivering quality after-sales service
- Establishing and maintaining good customer relations
- Providing timely feedback to customers and management on matters of concern
- Responding promptly to customer queries
- Ensuring all necessary trade documentation is available
Minimum Requirements and Attributes:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach, and a clean record
- Team player
- Ability to follow instructions, work with minimum supervision, and demonstrate hard work
- Sober-minded, self-starter, physically fit, and honest
