JOB DETAILS:

We are hiring for the following position:

Salary: K5,800 – K6,400 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lodge operations.
• Supervise and coordinate all departments.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage reservations and occupancy levels.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
• Oversee budgeting, stock control, and expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Prepare operational and financial reports.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate employees.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a relevant qualification.
• 1–2 years' experience in hospitality management.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
