Background

RUBiS Zambia is looking for a commercially driven Lubricants Specialist to lead the development, sales growth and operational success of its lubricants business, with strong expertise in the automotive, industrial or energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lubricants growth strategies
• Manage relationships with distributors and key accounts
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Monitor sales performance and market trends
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain and operations teams
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in lubricants, automotive, industrial products or related sectors
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
