Our successful Maintenance Manager …
• provide hands-on maintenance and management of the department and all its areas of service to the hotel
• apply the latest technology and regulations to control the streamlined sourcing and purchasing of stock
• ensure adherence to health and safety and environmental policies and standards
• facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests’ expectations are anticipated and exceeded
• work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards
• effectively manage the maintenance finance and administration including budgets, financial analysis, management systems and reporting
• can access and interpret human resource policies and legislative requirements for efficient implementation
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Grade 12; diploma/degree in Civil, Electrical Engineering; valid EIZ practicing license; minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar field.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
