JOB DETAILS:

This position reports to the Assistant Asset Care Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.

Responsibilities

• Create and improve automated systems, such as robotic arms for assembly, conveyors for material transfer, and control systems for process optimization in a beverage production environment.
• Design and implement automated solutions for tasks like filling, sealing, capping, and packaging of beverages, as well as for warehousing and logistics.
• Program and configure microcontrollers and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to control and monitor automated equipment and processes.
• Conduct system testing, analyze performance data, and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of production lines.
• Support the ongoing maintenance and upgrades of machinery and automated infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of control and automation systems.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

•   A Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field like Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
•  Experience with control systems and microcontrollers.
• Familiarity with robotics software for simulation and programming.
• Knowledge of sensors and communication technologies for motion and electronic communication.
