CHECK THE BANK 02 is a 24/7 Night Club + Restaurant located in Emmasdale, Florida Street, Lusaka. We are looking for dedicated staff to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
- Repair faulty equipment, fixtures, and furniture promptly.
- Respond to maintenance requests from all departments efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing leaks, electrical faults, and structural issues.
- Maintain outdoor areas, including parking lots and walkways.
- Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and inventory.
- Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
