The Management Trainee Programme is designed for recent graduates who are eager to build a successful career in manufacturing. Trainees will receive structured mentorship, hands-on exposure, and practical training across various factory operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
This programme prepares high-potential graduates for future specialist and management roles within the organisation.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this programme, applicants must have:
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate
- Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Biomedical Science/Engineering
- Or a related field
Required Competencies and Skills
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Innovation and initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
