Our Client, a leading commercial bank in Zambia is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to fill the following two positions to be based in the Lusaka Office:

  • Manager, Security; and
  • Manager, Credit Monitoring.

Manager Security

Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, the Manager Security will lead the bank’s efforts in maintaining a secure environment by managing physical security measures, developing and implementing fraud prevention strategies, and relationships with security service providers. The role involves developing and implementing security protocols, managing fraud detection and investigation efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating with law enforcement agencies to safeguard the bank’s assets, customers, and employees.

Key Qualifications

  • Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE Equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Fraud Management (CFE) and Physical Security (CPP, PSP) are highly preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in security management, fraud prevention, or a similar role within the financial or banking sector.
  • Proven experience in managing third-party security service providers and fraud investigation agencies.
