SAFOZ Pub & Grill is seeking a Manager, Stock Controller, and Bartender to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia. We are a vibrant establishment dedicated to providing exceptional service and experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bar and restaurant operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure the bar is well-stocked and clean.
• Create and update food and beverage menus.
• Plan staff schedules, supervise, and train team members.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and vendor relations.
• Plan and execute special events.
• Monitor sales, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bar or Restaurant Manager (Minimum of 5 years).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of hospitality operations and financial management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or higher in Hotel and Restaurant Management is an added advantage.
