Our Client, a leading commercial bank in Zambia is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to fill the following two positions to be based in the Lusaka Office:
- Manager, Security; and
- Manager, Credit Monitoring.
Manager Credit Monitoring
Reporting to the Head Credit, the Manager Credit Monitoring will be responsible for executing the Bank’s growth strategy in terms of Assets growth by monitoring sanctioned facilities to ensuresustenance of high-quality portfolio and compliance with sanction terms and conditions and other approval covenants. The successful candidate will support the Head Credit through monitoring, reporting and security documentation in driving end to end monitoring activities within the department, coordinating credit monitoring operations and ensuring maintenance of quality assets and compliance with credit policy, credit manual and Bank of Zambia guidelines.
Key Qualifications
- Grade 12 School certificate or GCE equivalent with minimum of credit in Mathematics and English plus three other subjects.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Professional Qualification inACCA/CIMA/ZICA or equivalent.
Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in credit monitoring and loan portfolio management.
