Job Summary

• As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that
• enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• ❖ Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote products/services.
• ❖ Developing marketing plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• ❖ Planning and executing advertising campaigns across various media channels.
• ❖ Maintaining brand consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
• ❖ Developing strategies to attract and retain customers through promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
• ❖ Identifying and engaging with potential clients through networking, partnerships, and outreach efforts.
• ❖ Tracking marketing campaign performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations.~

Minimum Requirements:

• ❖ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or in any related field Certified by Zambian Qualifications Authority (ZQA).
• ❖ 2 years proven experience in Marketing or in any related role.
• ❖ Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• ❖ Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
• ❖ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• ❖ ability to work independently

Level of Education: bachelor degree
