We are looking for creative, expressive, and driven young individuals with a minimum Grade 12 certificate who are passionate about building a career in marketing, content creation, and brand communication. This is a structured training position designed to grow future marketing professionals through real hands-on experience in content production, social media management, campaign support, and audience engagement.
Strictly, no degree required. We are looking for attitude, creativity, consistency, and a genuine hunger to learn.
Purpose of the Role
To train and develop young talent in:
- Creating written, visual, and video content for digital and print platforms
- Social media management and audience engagement
- Brand messaging, storytelling, and copywriting
- Marketing campaign planning and execution support
- Photography, graphic design basics, and content scheduling
- Market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking
- Email marketing, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Analytics and performance reporting (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Supporting events, product launches, and promotional activations
Key Responsibilities
- Creating daily/weekly content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Writing captions, blog posts, scripts, and promotional copy
- Designing simple graphics and editing photos or short videos
- Scheduling and publishing content using content management tools
- Monitoring social media comments, messages, and engagement
- Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Conducting research on market trends, audiences, and competitors
- Supporting the production of flyers, brochures, and branded materials
- Tracking content performance and preparing basic marketing reports
- Attending internal training sessions on marketing tools and brand standards
- Supporting events, activations, and client-facing promotional activities
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Minimum Grade 12 certificate
- Interest in marketing, content creation, or communications
- Basic computer literacy (email, social media, Canva, Google Docs)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Eye for design, detail, and visual storytelling
- Willingness to learn tools, systems, and brand guidelines
- A personal portfolio or social page is a plus — not required
- No university degree required
