MARKETING LEAD — KEY REQUIREMENTS
Content Strategy, Sales & PR (PRIMARY)
- Proven ability to develop and execute an ongoing content strategy for FMCG brands
- Experience planning and coordinating PR activities and promotional events
- Comfortable with video marketing, including:
- Speaking on camera for product and brand content
- Participating in simple video shoots and promotions
- Ability to align content, PR, and campaigns with sales objectives
FMCG & Sales Orientation
- Prior experience in FMCG marketing
- Strong understanding of sales-driven marketing
- Ability to support and work alongside field sales teams
- Comfortable engaging with distributors and retail partners
Digital & Technical Capability
- Digitally savvy with hands-on experience in:
- Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
- Basic digital marketing tools and platforms
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Understands how digital marketing supports FMCG distribution and visibility
Execution & Coordination
- Ability to organize and coordinate:
- Marketing campaigns
- Field activations
- PR and promotional events
- Capable of managing multiple activities without losing structure
Communication & Professionalism
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Confident representing the brand publicly
- Comfortable following systems, SOPs, and reporting structures

ROLE EXPECTATION
This is a practical, execution-led role, not a purely strategic position. The Marketing Lead is expected to build consistency, support sales, and execute within defined systems.
