Job Summary
• Coordinate and manage brand and advertising execution across all media channels with a clear Go To Market (GTM) plan to protect and enhance the reputation of the Absa brand.
• Support Retail in developing and executing campaigns to meet business objectives and prompted consideration.
• Manage and leverage all sponsorship properties for brand building and business support
• Manage all social media platforms and fully leverage digital marketing
• Manage relations and execution of the Creative agency
Job Description
Execution of Retail activity plan / Go to market plan (GTM)
Support the delivery of Retail short term plans (STP).
Develop and execute Retail campaigns, Product awareness and activations
Grow prompted consideration
Provision of marketing collateral, customer engagement initiatives
Develop and execute sponsorship properties for the Bank
Leverage sponsorships to meet brand and business objectives
Ensure all sponsorships meet governance and compliance requirements
Support Citizenship Manager to communicate and bring the Bank’s citizenship stories to life
Build emotional connection between the public and the brand using citizenship as a lever.
Coordinate all creative agency briefs and guide priority of campaigns
Manage creative agency relations – payments, contact reports, performance against SLAs
Effective brand execution bringing to life “Your story matters”.
Track and mitigate brand reputational issues
Ensure availability of brand collateral for favourable internal and external exposure
Actively seeking opportunities for the Bank recognition through awards and accolades.
Develop, manage and leverage all bank social media platforms
Implementation of the Digital Transformation model (DTM)
Ensure updated and accurate postings and information on all social media platforms.
Adherence to social media standards and governance requirements.
Education
Bachelor's Degree: Marketing (Required)
