MARKETINGAND SALES MANAGER.

  Job Responsibilities:
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives through new business development.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives and developing annual sales quotas for regions where the company operates.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives.
• Identifies marketing opportunities and development of new products to meet customers’ needs.
• Improves product marketability and profitability
• Sustains rapport with key stakeholders.
• Protects organization’s values and reputation on the market place

Job Qualifications:
• Must hold a recognized Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Insurance & Risk Management or equivalent.
• MBA or Professional qualification in insurance such as ACII/AIISA Diploma or IMM Diploma will be an added advantage.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in operations or business development in the insurance sector at a similar or senior level.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate
