Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional massage therapy and/or aesthetic treatments, including facials, skincare, and body treatments.

Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring each client has a relaxing and positive experience.

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment room presentation.

Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products.

Educate clients on treatment benefits and aftercare.

Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.

Ensure all equipment and products are used safely and according to established procedures.

Requirements:

Relevant certification or professional training in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy, or a related field.

Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, beauty clinic, physiotherapy practice, or similar environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a strong customer-service orientation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
