What will you be doing:

Your work will focus on these main responsibilities:

1. Provides specialized mechanical service in customer’s place of business to ensure optimal work of customer plant.  Maintains and operates the plant according to company policies, procedures, and operation profile/plan, maintaining, repairing or installing mechanical parts/products/solutions/equipment at customer plant.

2.  Conducts routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Ensures that the working area, machines, auxiliary equipment and tools are kept in good and clean condition.

3. Diagnoses mechanical issues and performs repairs, replacing defective parts as necessary.

4. Collaborates with other technicians and staff to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.

5. Maintains accurate records of maintenance work performed, parts used, and inventory levels. Create work reports according to guidelines.

6. Complies with all safety regulations and perform emergency procedures in order to protect personnel and equipment in case of damage or failure of safety devices.

7. Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions on maintenance processes. Continuously updates personal knowledge of mechanical systems and practices to enhance on-the-job performance and safety.

  • Educational Requirement: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar educational background.
  • Experience :Minimum 02 years of relevant industrial experience
