The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising mining operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive execution of work.

• Supervise daily mining operations and ensure adherence to mine plans.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
• Coordinate drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling activities.
• Lead, supervise, and discipline mining crews and shift supervisors.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments.
• Report operational issues, incidents, and progress to Mine Management.
• Ensure proper use and care of mining equipment.

• Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Valid professional membership.
• Good knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards.
